Join us for the 2024 IMPACT Gala, on Saturday, April 6, 2024. Showcasing the impact of community support for people experiencing homelessness as they have made their way home for 55 years.
35th Annual WINTERFOLK – A Benefit for Transition Projects
Oregon's largest annual folk music concert event, "Winterfolk," brings the community together in the common celebration of music and caring- and a sure knowledge that every dollar raised goes to support our team's work.
Portland Panto Players Present Sleeping Beauty - A Show to Benefit Transition Projects
During a national decline in live theater, one local company has found a way to grow – Portland Panto Players.
The Panto Players will perform a funny, irreverent, and warm-hearted original musical version of Sleeping Beauty at the Cardinal Theater at Lincoln High School in January.
A portion of ticket profits from the show will go to Transition Projects.

Portland Veterans Stand Down
The Portland Veterans Stand Down – Oregon’s largest – honors and supports Veterans, many of whom are often either experiencing or at-risk of homelessness. People who have served in the military access essential supportive resources and services, employment, and connections to local, state, and federal support.
2023 Impact Gala
Thank you for joining us for the 2023 IMPACT Gala, on Saturday, April 8, 2023. Our first in-person celebration in three years, showcasing the impact of community support for people experiencing homelessness as they have made their way home for more than five decades. The event connected Transition Projects’ board members, community supporters and leaders, businesses, and corporations – who came together to enjoy this outstanding evening.
